Architectural Description:

This is a 3-story domestic building in the Miami Modern style built in 1962. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. Open patio at the first floor level is slightly recessed into the building; Second floor level balcony opens out from the lobby in a triangular shape. Primary entryway for the hotel is located at the second floor level, up a flight of stairs on the north end of the east elevation; Glass double door framed on either side by narrow fixed windows and a narrow fixed window directly above.
