Architectural Description:

This is a 3-story domestic building in the Miami Modern style built in 1962. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. Open patio at the first floor level is slightly recessed into the building; Second floor level balcony opens out from the lobby in a triangular shape. Primary entryway for the hotel is located at the second floor level, up a flight of stairs on the north end of the east elevation; Glass double door framed on either side by narrow fixed windows and a narrow fixed window directly above.
