Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story domestic building in the Miami Modern style built in 1952. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum jalacy casement. There is a full-span open porch. Protruding full-span porch runs the length of the east elevation; Raised one step from ground level; Simple terrazzo flooring; Any balustrade or railing has been removed. Primary entryway is at the south end of the fluted portion of the east elevation; Single glass door framed with a narrow fixed window to the left and above, and two very large fixed windows to the right.
