Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story commercial building in the Miami Modern style with Garden Style influences built in 1955. The building is irregular in plan. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat roof. Windows are replacement aluminum fixed. There is a full-span open porch characterized by a none roof. Narrow protruding porch along the east elevation; Simple aluminum railing ornamented with circles and horizontal and vertical bands; Raised three steps off ground level. Primary entryway is centered on the east elevation, directly across from porch entry; Glass double-doors framed in aluminum and flanked on either side by several fixed glass windows.
