This is a 2-story apartment building in the Mediterranean Revival style built in 1934. The structural system is cement blocks. The foundation is reinforced concrete. The building has a hip with center gable roof. Windows are single-hung sashes. No porch. No visible entryway from the public right of way; A privately-accessed gate just to the south of the building along Collins Avenue allows entry for residents.
