This is a 2-story apartment building in the Mediterranean Revival style built in 1934. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is cement blocks. The foundation is reinforced concrete. The building has a hip with center gable roof. Windows are single-hung sashes. No porch. No visible entryway from the public right of way; A privately-accessed gate just to the south of the building along Collins Avenue allows entry for residents.
