This is a 2-story apartment building in the Other style built in 1924. The structural system is cement blocks. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco and original stucco. The building has a flat roof with parapet walls. Windows are replacement aluminum jalousie. The primary entryway is a door on the second floor of the south elevation accessed by a staircase.
