This is a 5-story commercial building in the Other style with Art Deco influences built in 1989. The building is rectangular in plan. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat roof. No windows, with the exception of some glass block ornamentation. No porch. Primary entryway for cars is on 13th street, with pedestrian exits/entrances on all sides of the structure.
