This is a 11-story hotel in the Miami Modern style built in 1948. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is concrete block. The foundation is concrete pile. Exterior walls are original stucco and original stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are fixed. The top three floors have large horizontal bands of windows with continuous eyebrows. The remaining floors have fixed windows. The primary entryway on the south elevation is setback under an overhang supported by four square columns. The entrance has two double glass doors and fixed large glass windows on the right.
