This 1924 Mediterranean style apartment housing has a flat roof with clay barrel tiles in one section which creates a faux balcony that splits the building in two symmetrical parts. The primary entrance is recessed underneath the faux balcony . The roof corners are stepped with a horizontal band that moves across all four sides of the structure. The windows are single hung replacement.
