Architectural Description

This is a 3-story work in progress building in the Art Deco style built in 1939. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum jalacy casement. Although there is no porch, there is a ground-level patio area sectioned off by a very low-lying stuccoed wall Primary public entryway is on the western end of the south elevation; Single glass door Asymmetrical facade designs; Continuous eyebrows rounded at corners above first floor level; Individual eyebrows above windows at second and third floor levels; Porthole windows; Horizontal banding scattered throughout facade designs, including banding that wraps around the building's northwest corner at the second and third floor levels and the southwest corner below the first floor level windows; Building rounded at southwest corner The builder is recorded as Morris Treib.
