Architectural Description

This is a 2-story domestic: Multiple Dwelling building in the Other style built in 1924. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum jalousie. No porch There is a two-story, rear, extension addition. Primary entryways are along the south elevation and exclusive for residents of the building; Raised three steps from the ground level; Single glass door framed by rounded and fluted pilasters on three sides Symmetrical tripartite facade design; Low-relief ornamentation at cornice; Narrow, protruding vertical racing stripes frame central bay on the west elevation, rising slightly above roofline to create a stepped ziggurat parapet roofline (same design repeats twice on the south elevation); Continuous row of low-relief squares above second floor level windows bands across west and south elevations; Rectangular eyebrow above entryways on south elevation; Narrow round fluted pilasters frame primary doorways on three sides; Narrow false balconies The builder is recorded as Normandy Construction Company.
