This is a 1-story commercial building in the Art Deco style built in 1941. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. The building has a flat roof with parapet walls. Windows are fixed. Storefront windows are on the rounded corner and on the east and south elevation. Above the storefront windows on the east elevation are clerestory windows. The primary entry way is recessed and located on the rounded southeast corner. The southeast corner is the central point of the building. The south and east elevation have other entryways to different commercial businesses.
