Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story multipurpose public building in the Mediterranean Revival style built in 1925. The structural system is ordinary. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco/parging and replacement stucco/parging. The building has a mansard roof clad in replacement clay barrel tile. Windows are original wood single-hung sashes. The windows on the second level are single hung sash windows. On the first level are arch openings with single door entryways and fixed windows. The upper portion of the opening is a fixed arched window. The primary entryway is a double door centered on the south elevation.
