Architectural Description:

This is a 3-story apartment building in the Queen Anne style built in 1890. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. First floor facade clad with stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof with box cornice and cornice with brackets and decorative moulding. There is one side left, flat roof, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Arched openings on second and third floors. Two entry doors at grade.
