This is a 2-story apartment building in the Italianate style built in 1903. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick. Limestone window sills and trim. The building has a flat with parapet roof with decorative cornice and brackets and dentils. Windows are historic wood, 9/1 double-hung sashes. 2-over-1 on first floor and 9-over-1 on second floor. There is a two-story, full-width open porch characterized by a flat roof with paired square wood posts on square brick piers.
