Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story, 3-bay single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1907. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and three hip-roofed dormers. Front, north and south-facing hip-roofed dormers. There is one rear chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Diamond pattern on second floor, in-cased with new window. There are apposing bays on first and second floor. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with classical wood posts.
