Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Tudor Revival style built in 1909. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are wood siding and stucco. Stucco with false half timbering on 2nd and 3rd floors. The building has a gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. Gable dormer above porch. Windows are wood casements. 4/1 double hung windows on 2nd floor. There is a single-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a flat roof with square wood posts.
