This building was surveyed as a part of the 2005 Downtown Oak Park Architectural Survey. The walls are a modern stone composite. Remodeling in 1979 added 1032 Lake and this building together. The current facade was created in 1996 in conjunction with the expansion of Lake Theater to the space behind this building.
