Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story, multiple-bay domestic building in the Italianate style built in 1872. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is continuous brick. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement standing seam metal with box cornice and dentil moulding. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney and one offset left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are replacement wood, 2/2 double-hung sashes. The window hoods are replicas made from molds of the originals. They are a concrete resin material. There is an addition. ADA side entrance ramp and interior elevator.
