This is a 2.5-story, multiple-bay domestic building built in the period 1900-1909. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is raised stone. Exterior walls are original weatherboard. The building has a medium hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and one gabled dormer. There is one center, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay porch characterized by a flat roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts.
