This is a 1-story, 3-bay domestic building built in the period 1920-1929. The building is square in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original weatherboard. The building has a low side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice. There is a front gable dormer. There is a side gable brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes.
