Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story, multiple-bay commercial building in the Italianate style with Romanesque Revival influences built in the period 1900-1909. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original rusticated stone. The ground floor stone are part rusticated, part smooth in a checkerboard pattern. The building has a flat roof clad in replacement modern composite with elaborated cornice and modillions. Windows are vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single multi-pane fixed light over the arched bays. There is a classic storefront with display windows, recessed entry, and enclosed transoms. There is an open corner entryway under an elaborated stone arch.
