This is a 2-story, 3-bay commercial building in the 19th Century Commercial style built in the period 1910-1919. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are replacement stone veneer. The building has a flat roof clad in replacement rubberized/asphalt composite with parapet walls. Windows are replacement aluminum, 1/1 double-hung sashes. The ground floor facade window is a single-light fixed centered in the middle bay.
