This is a 2-story, 3-bay apartment building in the Folk/Traditional style built in the period 1890-1899. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are historic weatherboard. The building has a pyramidal roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and dentil moulding. There is one offset left, side slope, brick chimney and one side right, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts.
