This is a 1-story, 2-bay domestic building built in the period 1890-1899. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is continuous brick. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There are two interior brick chimney flues. Windows appear to be single pane replacements.
