This is a 1-story, multiple-bay domestic building built in the period 1910-1919. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a multi-plane/complex roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is an internal brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. The front porch spans the entire front elevation.
