This is a 2-story, multiple-bay domestic building in the Queen Anne style built in the period 1910-1919. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are replacement stone veneer. The building has a multi-plane/complex roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is an internal brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. The porch spans the front facade.
