This is a 1-story, 2-bay domestic building built in the period 1920-1929. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a flat roof clad in corrugated metal. There are two interior brick chimneys.
