This is a 2-story domestic building in the Craftsman style built in the period 1910-1919. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original weatherboard. The building has a medium hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with raked box cornice. There is an interior brick chimney. Windows are original wood double-hung sashes. Several windows feature diamond pattern, divided panes. There is an open side porch that spans one bay.
