Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story domestic building built in the period 1930-1939. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original weatherboard. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with raked open cornice. There is an external brick chimney on the side of the house. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. The porch has been fully enclosed.
