Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story, 5-bay commercial building in the Italianate style built in the period 1900-1909. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are replacement stucco. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with raked open cornice and exposed rafters and brackets. There is one offset left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are replacement wood, 8/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay central portico characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts.
