This is a 2-story domestic building built in the period 1920-1929. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick veneer. The building has a multi-plane/complex roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is an internal brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a partially enclosed, wrap around porch element.
