This is a 2-story domestic building in the Bungalow/craftsman style built in the period 1930-1939. The building is square in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick veneer. The building has a multi-plane/complex roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is a central internal brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 9/1 double-hung sashes. There is a full span front porch element.
