This is a 2-story domestic building in the Federal style with Greek Revival influences built in the period 1940-1949. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original brick veneer. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is an external brick chimney on one gable end. Windows are original wood, 8/8 double-hung sashes. There is front gable porch element.
