Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story, 3-bay commercial building in the Craftsman style built in the period 1900-1909. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is continuous brick. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a multi-plane/complex roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice. There are two brick chimneys, one each straddling the front gable ridgelines. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof with battered wood posts. There are two doorways, each original wood with 6-light divided windows.
