This is a 10-story domestic building in the Other style built in 1965. The structural system is reinforced concrete. The foundation is concrete pile. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat roof. Windows are replacement aluminum sliding. No porch; Individual balconies for each apartment unit. Primary entryway is access through a private gate along the east elevation and is not open to the public.
