This is a 10-story domestic building in the Other style built in 1965. The building is cross in plan. The structural system is reinforced concrete. The foundation is concrete pile. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat roof. Windows are replacement aluminum sliding. No porch; Individual balconies for each apartment unit. Primary entryway is access through a private gate along the east elevation and is not open to the public.
