Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1913. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are replacement brick and replacement stucco. Shingle cladding added to front gable. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 16/16 sliding. several window styles, double-hung, stationary, sliding, all replacement vinyl. There is a single-story, nestled platform/stoop characterized by a sloped canopy roof clad in aluminum. Front stairs and landing constructed in 2005. elevated.
