This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1914. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are replacement stucco. Vertical board and batten added on portion of north side first floor. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. original casement 5 light on second story porch. There is a single-story, single-bay enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles. Porch enclosed in 1942. Side entry facing south.
