This is a 11-story Collins Avenue Hotel hotel in the Art Deco style built in 1940. The foundation is concrete pile. The building has a flat roof. There is a four-story, rear east, extension addition. Symmetrical tripartite facade design; Minimal but dramatic architectural features create a good example of Art Deco on a large scale; Ziggurat roofline; Two massive vertical bands created by the protruding outer bays; Simple exterior terrazzo flooring; Sculptural relief panels at the top of each of the porch columns; Low-relief recessed vertical racing stripe on each of the porch columns; Domed tower on elevated base; Inset central bay with central vertical racing stripe; Corner windows; Horizontal banding at porch roofline The builder is recorded as Samuel E. Haber. The architect is recorded as Roy F. France. The original/significant owner is recorded as Harry Koretsky (original).

This is a 2-story, 4-bay Commercial commercial building in the Mediterranean Revival style built in 1926. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are replacement stucco. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. Large fixed windows used as display cases line the east elevation of the first floor level No porch; Interior architecture suggests that there was once a full-span porch recessed into the building at the first floor level (evidence for this is the series of large arches immediate upon entering the current primary entryway, which suggest a previous primary entryway; Those large arches are ornamented with wrought-iron fixtures that take up nearly all of the space inside the arches that are not used as a means of egress) Primary entryway is slightly off-center on the east elevation, towards the north end of the elevation; Glass double door framed in white-painted wood with a thin fixed rectangular window above Slightly asymmetrical original facade design; Arched central parapet at roofline; Clay barrel tile roof; Large arches with wrought-iron fixtures separates interior space in two; Rough stucco walls The builder is recorded as L. Primary entryway is directly on the northwest corner of Ocean Drive and 5th street; Bordered by multi-colored limestone; Terrazzo floor design just before doorway; Single glass door with fixed glass directly on the left and top Symmetrical design, with building's southeast corner serving as the center; Continuous eyebrows extend along entire south and east elevations; Horizontal Banding; Slightly stepped ziggurat roofline at southeast corner of building; "Bentley Hotel" signage at cornice; Decorative bass relief molding in typical Art Deco fountain design at cornice of southeast corner of building; Octagonal porthole windows; Multi-colored terrazzo floor design in interior; Multi-colored limestone veneer at ground level and around primary entryway The builder is recorded as O'Neill & Orr Building Corporation.
